Age

The “Age” block is used to determine the age of the subscriber during the call.

This block contains six branches, each of which covers a certain age range:

1. children aged from birth to 12 years old;
2. teenagers from 13 to 17 years old;
3. young and adult people from 18 to 49 years old;
4. a group of people from 50 to 59 years old;
5. older people who have reached the age of 60 and older;
6. it is provided for cases when the age of the subscriber cannot be unambiguously determined. Such a branch may include options such as ‘undefined’ or ‘skip’.

100% age determination is not guaranteed.

This block allows you to create different branches of the script corresponding to the age of the subscriber, if necessary in the logic of the script.
