Statistics

The Statistics section provides tools with which you can get information about the services provided in the form of online tables (reports).

To get data on a specific type of report, go to the appropriate section through the main menu of your personal account. Then select the desired report type and use the available filters at the top of the page.

The selected report will display the types of services and products used in the specified time interval.

Reports

Reports can be viewed “By apps” and “By services”:

By apps:

By period

Displays data on the amount of your expenses for the specified period of time. To compile a report, you must specify filters by responsible person and customer.

Each app is presented in separate rows, which contain tables with information:

a) calls (number and status of calls);

b) speech synthesis (symbols and quantity);

c) speech recognition (duration and quantity) .

For example, the “Calls” service table will contain information about the total duration of all calls for the specified period, as well as the statuses of completed calls: Answered, Unanswered, Busy, Unsuccessful, Unknown.

You can also export the report in xls format by clicking on the button of the same name.

After clicking on the xls button, you will be automatically redirected to the “Export History” page, which contains all the generated files that can be downloaded.

By days

Displays data on the amount of your expenses for the presented products, for the selected number of days with the ability to export data to xls format. To compile the report, you also need to specify filters for the responsible person and the customer.

The type of report by day resembles a report by period, with the difference that several tables are displayed for each app.

The table “Total by customer” presents generalized indicators for the application in the context of all connections for each day, including total expenses, volume and statuses.

For a more convenient perception, the data in the report tables by day are presented in the form of drop-down lists.

By hours

It is similar to the daily report.

Displays hourly data for the specified date with the mandatory selection of the responsible person and the customer, with the ability to export in xls format.

By zones

Similar to reports by day and by hour, this report displays information in the context of the networks through which calls, requests or deliveries were made for a selected time interval, with the ability to export to an xls file.

To compile a report, you must specify filters by responsible person and customer.

Each table is supplemented with pie charts reflecting the distribution of the volume of each service by zones and networks.

For 5 months

This report shows data for the last 5 months for all types of applications with execution statuses that were used during this time period.

Using this report, you can view data on all apps available in the system, as well as using the filter to view information on the responsible person.

This report shows data for the last 5 days for all types of apps that were used during this time period.

By services:

By period

To create a report on your financial expenditure for a certain time period, you need to select a customer in the filter, then you can export the report in xls format.

Each type of service has its own individual table, which includes the following:

a) the total amount of expenses (for each connection);

b) volume and statuses (related to each connection);

c) the total total values for all indicators in the “Total” line.

For example, the table for the Calls service contains information about the total duration of all calls for the specified period, as well as the statuses of calls made: Answered, Unanswered, Busy, Unsuccessful, Unknown.

By days

Displays a report that contains information about the cost of services by customers for a specified period of time, with the ability to export to xls format.

The type of report by day resembles a report by period, with the difference that several tables are displayed for each service.

The «Total» table provides information on costs, volume and service statuses for each selected day for all connections. In addition, there is a “Total” row in the table that displays the totals for the entire period.

For ease of analysis, reports by day are presented in an expanded format that can be collapsed or expanded as needed.

By hours

It is similar to the daily report.

Outputs data indicating the customer by the hour for the specified date, with the ability to export the report to an xls file.

By zones

It looks like reports by day and hour.

Provides information about calls/requests/deliveries in the context of networks for a specific customer for a selected period of time, with the ability to export to an xls file.

Each table is accompanied by pie charts showing the distribution of the volume of each service by zones and networks.

By A-numbers

It is similar to the report for the period.

Displays data in the context of customer numbers from which calls/requests/deliveries were made on the selected date, allowing you to export the report to an xls file.

By B-numbers per month

It is similar to the report on A-numbers.

Displays data on the customer in the context of the numbers to which calls/requests/deliveries were made for the specified time period of the month and year.

The “Search by recipient” filter allows you to collect data for the report, limited to the selected phone number.

For 5 months

This report shows data for the last 5 months on all types of services that were available during this period.

For 5 days

The “5 days” report is similar to the ”5 months” report, only it displays data that has been used in the last five days.

By SMS message types

To get a report on the types of SMS messages, enter the date range:

After clicking the “Show” button, a report will be displayed that contains information: The type of traffic, the customer, the number of SMS sent, delivered, and the percentage of message delivery.

By SMS messages sender’s names

Enter the date in the appropriate interval to receive a report on the names of SMS senders:

In order to get more accurate information in the report, you can use filters by responsible person and customer. This will help clarify the data.

After clicking the “Show” button, a report will be generated, including information: The name of the senders, the type of traffic, provider, the number of SMS sent/delivered and the percentage of message delivery.

By SMS messages templates

To generate a report based on SMS message templates, you must specify the dates in the required time interval, and also fill in the filters for the responsible person and customer:

By sender’s names\zones of SMS messages

To generate a report, specify the date in the desired range:

If you need to clarify the report on a specific responsible person or customer, it is recommended to use the appropriate filters.

Charges

Displays data on the amount of expenses for services for a calendar month in the context of Zones/The tariff/Volume.
