System voice responses are suitable for most cases: \u201cYes, No, Clarify\u201d, and they are already entered into the system by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>User voice responses are responses that you add to the system based on the need to use them in your scripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have also provided for the possibility of adding synonyms \u2014 speech equivalents of a voice response.
