User voice responses are responses that you add to the system based on the need to use them in your scripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have also provided for the possibility of adding synonyms \u2014 speech equivalents of a voice response. Synonyms allow you to receive a less accurate response from the subscriber, which significantly expands the functionality of scripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, instead of the expected answer \u201cFurniture\u201d, the subscriber can say \u201cChair\u201d, \u201cArmchair\u201d, etc. In this case, thanks to the synonyms function, each of these answers in the context of the scenario will be equated to the word \u201cFurniture”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To switch to voice response management, click on the \u201cVoice response\u201d item in the \u201cOutgoing Campaigns\u201d section of the main menu of your personal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To create a new voice response, go to the \u201cUser\u201d section and click \u201cAdd”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the form that opens, enter a new voice response in the \u201dName\u201c field, for example: \u201dFurniture\u201c, and in the \u201dSynonym of the response\u201c field (optional), separated by commas, enter the words that should be taken into account by the system as equivalents of the voice response, for example: “Chair, table, armchair, etc.\u201d and click on the “Save” button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now the voice response \u201cFurniture\u201d will always be available for selection in the properties of the \u201cIVR\u201d block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pay attention that not only individual words, but also whole phrases can be set as a voice response and its synonyms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To edit or delete a voice response from the system, click on it in the list of voice responses and then select the desired action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A voice response is a word or phrase uttered by a subscriber during a conversation that serves as an answer for the IVR.
