These statuses reflect various aspects of the relationship with counterparties, for example, their activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The counterparty status is used for the convenience of managing and tracking interactions with them, helping to effectively manage your customers, suppliers and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Status information is available in your personal account in the \u201cGeneral\u201d section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.cpaas.mittoapi.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/status.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.cpaas.mittoapi.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/status.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2671\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This section contains a list of created statuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.cpaas.mittoapi.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/status-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.cpaas.mittoapi.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/status-1-1024x322.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2736\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Possible status values<\/th><th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>PC\/Prospective Client<\/td><td>a customer who has shown interest in the company\u2019s products or services and has the opportunity to become its active client in the future<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>NC\/New client<\/td><td>a customers who uses the company\u2019s services for the first time and receives accruals for them<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>BC\/The buying customer<\/td><td>the customer who is making the purchase or has already made it<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>IC\/Inactive client<\/td><td>a customer who previously collaborated with the company or showed interest in its products or services, but currently does not maintain active business transactions or contacts<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>DC\/ \u201cDead\u201d client<\/td><td>the customer with whom the business relationship has ended, and the probability of their resumption is extremely low or excluded<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SC\/Service client<\/td><td>a customer serviced by the company or providing services to the company itself or other clients within its framework<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>New statuses cannot be added to the list of statuses and it is impossible to edit statuses, but it is possible to change the label icon:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.cpaas.mittoapi.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/status2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.cpaas.mittoapi.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/status2-1024x249.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2673\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on the \u201cEdit\u201d button opens a window in which you can change the color label for the status.
